Privacy Policy

Everyday Labs S LLC (“Everyday Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit everydaylabs.io or everydaybitcoin.io, contact us, or participate in our SMS/text messaging program.

If you join the waitlist or use the presale application on everydaybitcoin.io, additional collection, retention, and sharing details for that offering are described in our Presale Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact information — such as your name, email address, company name, and mobile phone number when you submit a form or reach out to us.
  • SMS program data — mobile phone number, opt-in timestamp, opt-in method (web form or SMS keyword), message delivery status, and your STOP/HELP requests.
  • Presale and waitlist consent records — when you register interest or opt in to contact on everydaybitcoin.io, we record the time of your consent, that you checked the consent box, your IP address, and browser user-agent string to document that consent was given.
  • Presale application data — when you use the accredited-investor presale flow, we collect contact details, allocation requests, entity information, attestation timestamps, and session identifiers needed to process your application.
  • Accreditation verification — if you complete presale verification, we receive KYC/AML and accredited-investor status from North Capital Private Securities (NCPS) and its TransactAPI platform.
  • Electronic signature metadata — if you sign offering documents through our e-sign provider (for example Documenso), we and the provider may record signer identity, email, IP address, user agent, timestamps, document identifiers, and audit-trail or certificate data.
  • Website analytics (aggregate, including by country) — through Cloudflare Web Analytics, we receive aggregate metrics such as page views, paths or URLs visited, referrers, country, device type, and browser type. Reports can break down traffic by country (and by page or path) without identifying individual visitors. This service does not use analytics cookies and does not provide us with individual visitors’ IP addresses for analytics.
  • Approximate location (Cloudflare geolocation headers) — when you visit our sites through Cloudflare’s network (see Section 6), Cloudflare may add a country code (and, where enabled, region or state) to each request. We may use this to operate and improve our sites — for example, showing region-appropriate content, routing presale or waitlist flows on everydaybitcoin.io, and recording country in server logs. We do not receive your IP address through Web Analytics (above). If you join the waitlist or start a presale application, we may also store location as part of that flow — see our Presale Privacy Policy.
  • Server and security logs — our web servers (for example nginx) automatically log technical data about each request, including a truncated IP address (last octet or segment masked), a pseudonymous hash of the full IP, country (when Cloudflare provides it), date and time, requested URL, referrer, and browser user-agent string. We use these logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot our services — not for marketing profiles. Separate consent and presale audit records may store your full IP address where we need to document consent or meet securities requirements (see above).
  • Fraud prevention (reCAPTCHA) — when you reveal a privacy or terms contact email on our site, Google reCAPTCHA v3 may collect interaction signals and technical data (such as IP address and browser information) to assess whether the request is automated. See Section 6.
  • Communications — content of messages you send us by email or other channels.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide our software development services;
  • Operate and improve our websites and services;
  • Send SMS/text messages you have opted in to receive (see Section 5);
  • Maintain records of consent and opt-out requests as required by law and carrier rules, including presale/waitlist consent audit logs described above;
  • Process presale applications, verify accredited-investor status, execute electronic signatures, and maintain securities-offering records;
  • Measure aggregate website traffic and performance through analytics (including traffic and page views by country); and
  • Operate region-appropriate site features using Cloudflare geolocation headers (for example, presale vs. waitlist on everydaybitcoin.io); and
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with affiliates, contractors, and service providers that help us operate our business and carry out our mission — for example, email hosting, website infrastructure, CDN, security, geolocation, and aggregate analytics through Cloudflare, Inc., SMS delivery through Twilio, Inc., presale KYC/AML and accredited-investor verification through North Capital Private Securities (NCPS), electronic signatures through Documenso, and Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC / Alphabet Inc.) when you use our legal contact reveal feature.

We may also share information with affiliates (including our subsidiaries) and contractors and developers engaged to build and operate our websites, protocol, and related services. These parties may access information only as necessary to perform work on our behalf — such as operating, maintaining, securing, and improving our systems — subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Mobile phone numbers — no sale or sharing for third-party marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers collected for our SMS/text messaging program with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile numbers are used only to deliver messages you have agreed to receive, to respond to HELP requests, to honor STOP/unsubscribe requests, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or required by law. Our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) processes numbers solely to transmit messages on our behalf.

5. SMS / text messaging program

If you opt in, Everyday Labs may send you automated text messages about company updates, project communications, service announcements, presale and product notices, and related business notices.

How you opt in

You may consent to receive SMS messages in either of these ways:

  • Web form: Visit everydaylabs.io or everydaybitcoin.io, enter your mobile phone number on a designated signup form, review the program disclosures, and actively check an unchecked consent box before submitting (for example, “Yes, sign me up!”).
  • SMS keyword: Text START to our program number (the Everyday Labs SMS number shown on our website or in program materials) to opt in.

We do not send marketing SMS messages to numbers collected without this express opt-in.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with us and ongoing projects. You may receive occasional updates rather than a fixed schedule.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Help and opt-out

Text HELP for help or contact us at .

Text STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications you have requested (such as email).

Supported carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device. Not all carriers or plans support SMS programs.

6. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

Essential operation

Our websites may use essential cookies or local storage required for basic operation (for example, presale session state).

Cloudflare CDN, security, and geolocation

Our public websites (including everydaybitcoin.io and everydaylabs.io) are served through Cloudflare as a reverse proxy and content delivery network. Cloudflare provides TLS, DDoS mitigation, caching, and related infrastructure. Traffic between your browser and our origin servers passes through Cloudflare’s network.

  • What Cloudflare processes — Cloudflare receives your IP address and request metadata to route traffic, mitigate abuse, and operate its services. Cloudflare’s handling of personal data is described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
  • What we receive from Cloudflare — On proxied requests, Cloudflare may forward HTTP headers such as CF-Connecting-IP (client IP, used in consent audit records and server logs as described below) and CF-IPCountry (ISO country code). We may enable additional location headers (for example, US state or region) where needed.
  • How we use location — Country (and, where available, region) may be used in two ways: (1) aggregate analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics (below), including breakdowns of page views and paths by country; and (2) per-request geolocation headers to operate our sites — for example, region-appropriate presale or waitlist options, security, and troubleshooting. We do not use these tools to build advertising profiles or to identify named individuals. Presale and waitlist flows may store location in our application databases as described in our Presale Privacy Policy.
  • No IP in Web Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics is separate from CDN routing and does not give us individual visitor IP addresses in analytics reports.

Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate traffic)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our public websites. It helps us measure page views, paths or URLs visited, referrers, country, device type, and browser type in aggregate form — including reports that break down page views and paths by country.

  • Country in analytics — we may review aggregate traffic by country (for example, which pages are viewed from which countries). This is not tied to individual visitor IP addresses in the analytics product.
  • No analytics cookies — Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or similar browser storage for analytics on our sites.
  • No analytics IP log — Cloudflare states it does not store individual visitors’ IP addresses in Web Analytics reports provided to us.
  • Not individual tracking — we do not use this tool to track named individuals across sessions for advertising.

Server logs (nginx)

Our production web servers write access logs that include truncated IP address, a pseudonymous hash of the full IP, country (when Cloudflare provides it), requested URL, timestamp, referrer, and user-agent string. We use these logs for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting — not for marketing profiles. Log retention is limited to operational needs unless a longer period is required by law or an incident investigation. Presale and waitlist consent audit records (see Section 1) may separately store your full IP address where required to document consent.

Google reCAPTCHA v3

On our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages, clicking to reveal a contact email address may trigger Google reCAPTCHA v3. Google may process technical data (which can include IP address and browser/device signals) to distinguish automated abuse from legitimate use. Google’s processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and reCAPTCHA terms. We enable reCAPTCHA only when configured for those pages.

Future non-essential cookies

If we add other analytics or advertising technologies that use non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request consent before placing them.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining SMS opt-in and opt-out records and presale/waitlist consent audit logs. Presale and subscription records (including verification results, e-sign audit trails, and executed agreements) are retained for at least seven (7) years after the offering closes, or longer if we choose or law requires.

We may retain certain records longer when required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution, regulatory inquiries, or demonstrating consent.

8. International transfers

If you are outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law (including GDPR/UK GDPR), we use appropriate cross-border transfer safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, supplemented by transfer impact assessments where required. 9. Your choices

  • SMS: Opt out anytime by texting STOP as described above.
  • Email: Use unsubscribe links in marketing emails when provided, or contact us directly.
  • Access and deletion: You may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing . We may need to verify your request and may retain information as permitted by law.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our websites and SMS program are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations.

Non-material changes

For changes we reasonably consider non-material (such as clarifications, formatting, or contact-detail updates), we will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Those changes take effect when posted.

Material changes

For changes we reasonably consider material (such as new ways we use or share personal information, or material changes to our SMS program), we will:

  • Post the updated Privacy Policy on this page before the effective date;
  • Send notice to the email address we have on file for affected users, when we have one; and
  • For material changes to our SMS program, provide notice through the SMS program where appropriate.

Material changes become effective 30 days after we provide notice, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or we specify a different date in the notice. During that notice period, the prior version of this policy continues to govern until the new effective date.

If you do not agree with a material change, you may stop using our websites and services, opt out of SMS by texting STOP, or contact us at before the effective date. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where applicable law requires separate consent (for example, for certain SMS or marketing uses).
